Easy, quick and convenient video chat with a Doctor. I woke up with a swollen eye. I would either have to wait 2 weeks to see my Doctor or go to Urgent Care. I was prescribed an eye ointment and my eye improved quickly. Highly recommend using this service. Thank you!!

Easy to set up the phone call and uploading a photo was easy. Doctor called within 10 minutes of completing information online and my prescription was submitted immediately. Very easy and thorough questionnaire gave doctor a good picture of patient condition. Only downside was I was required to create a login and password to get the doctor's written report. There should be a way to get the report without having to create yet another user id and password.
