Received a wrong diagnosis of Folliculitis and prescribed an antibiotic when in reality I had shingles which should have been treated with an antiviral medication.

It was an unbelievable quick process to get in touch with the Doctor. I found the online part a bit difficult as I did not know what my glucose level was and another question and it was hard to choose from drop down questions so I had to quit. But I did receive an email asking if I still needed help with a phone number to call and from that point on it went fast and easy. She asked me the questions on the phone & was very courteous and said I would hear from a Doctor within 15 minutes. I had text messages that I would hear from the Doctor soon and actually received the call back in 5 minutes. The Doctor was great and very helpful and prescriptions were called in right away and I was very impressed. I would highly recommend using this service if you need assistance that is non emergency type.

It was quick once I got the submission to go through. Doc was knowledgeable, understood issue and my Rx was immediately processed. Feeling much better. This was so much easier than what I would have had to do going to Urgent care or doctor during this time.
