So convenient and helpful

during the time of this pandemic, i needed refills on medication, and I do not have a primary care doctor at this time. MDLive was a great option for me to use and the doctor I had video-conference with was wonderful. She listened to me, asked questions and explained how she could help me. I will DEFINITELY use MDLive again for something i know to be minor that I feel they can assist with. Thank you for being an option to me.

So thankful for MDLIVE especially now when going to the doctor is prohibitive due to Covid19, Just had to send a picture directly to the doctor and she could see my ailment. Prescription picked up from my pharmacy within the hour. How great is that?! And MDLIVE is at no cost out of pocket. This alone is helpful because of current unemployment. Five stars is the rating I believe they deserve.

I had a great experience. Only waited about 5 minutes in the comfort of my own living room. My prescription was called in to be picked up that day.

Awesome app that is easy to navigate

I totally support MDLIVE! In the past 3 months, I have used this service two times. The first time, I was in Florida for the winter and I believe had covid-19. A RX was sent to a pharmacy less than 2 miles away. It was so convenient and thorough and easy. I would totally use this service again and did! Just after arriving home, I had an ear infection. I called MDLIVE and was prescribed a medication. One week later, all is well!
