Was a very good experience. Easy to register and had a call back in a timely manner.The Doctor was very friendly, compassionate and explained everything clearly.

From the start of the call it was very easy. They took my information asked a few questions. And right there and then they confirmed they had an appointment with a doctor. They gave me a time frame that the doctor would call in . The time frame was an hour. I got the call from the doctor in under ten minutes. And he was outstanding he confirmed my information asked a few more questions told me how he would like to handle my situation . Made sure I understood what he was doing. It was a very pleasant experience and I thank them for that.

MDLive may have saved my life. I set up a phone appointment. The doctor called me back within minutes. I picked my prescription up from CVS that same day which also included an inhaler. I have never been on prescription drugs and I am 53 years old. I feel so much better. MDLive is a permanent part of my life now.

With the risk of Covid 19, it was very comforting and convenient to use the tele-dr service to get my medical issue addressed without having to go in person to my doctor's office

The picture taking was impossible with the sore throat. Dr. Prescribed what we were expecting, and it kept us from having to come into the office.

MDlive is a safe and easy way to get better when your sick at home. The doctors ask lots of question and answer any you might have. I would recomend using it to everyone.
