The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful with dosing instructions (eye drops), the prescription went to my local pharmacy pretty much immediately, and I did not have to sit around with the app open. I filled out the questionnaire, left my phone number and received a call within half and hour. Other online apps for doctor's visits are not as functional.

In these trying time when people are literally afraid to go to Urgent care or ER this service was a great option.
