I had an appointment in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Considering that, the wait time was reasonable. The doctor was friendly and his advice seemed reasonable. I was also able to get a prescription called in without actually going into a medical office. I found this invaluable considering that face-to-face medical calls seem particularly risky when trying to stop the spread of a dangerous virus. I will definitely use the service again.

So nice to be able to call and speak to a Dr when you are sick you don't feel like getting dressed to go to Drs office plus the risk of spreading your sickness or catching something else

It was very convenient and worked great for our particular case. I can see where you just can’t replace a one on one with a physician. But for what we required it was great
