I think the process of scheduling is smooth and fast. I really like not having to go anywhere to get help. Being a 3rd-shift worker, it is difficult to see a Dr. I think it is a great service to all of us. The NP, I spoke with this time, was very knowledgeable and helped me with my issue and gave me excellent information and advice. Thank you all for your hard work.

The doctor really listened, took time with me & was extremely helpful. So much better than going to an office when you’re too sick to go!!! Only downside was the wait, but in these trying times it’s meant to be expected.
