The physician returned my call within a reasonable amount of time and was very nice and accommodating to my needs. I assume that that is the way it's supposed to be.

The experience with the doctor was great, 5 stars! They even called me back the next after I asked a question in the chat box. I would recommend this for sure! I gave 4 stars because the website and process to schedule needs to be looked at. The times under ache doctor don’t actually match the available times. Also, it kept asking me to fill out a portion that was not provided.
