The people I dealt with were very accommodating. I haven’t had any results yet, but I was told it wasn’t gonna happen for at least three or four months.

I had a great experience working with Travis regarding my solar contract. This whole situation has been extremely stressful and confusing, but they took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the process, answer my questions, and help me understand my options. I truly appreciated their patience, communication, and willingness to help me through such a difficult situation. Having someone knowledgeable and supportive in my corner made me feel much more comfortable and confident moving forward. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone dealing with a complicated solar contract.

My experience with Modern Financial has been spectacular. Alex Merida has been an amazing help. I have been updated on everything that is happening. Been a client for about two months and every question has been addressed in a timely and detailed manner. Could not ask for better service. Very professional , knowledgeable, and friendly customer service.

Aspen was great at explaining the entire process. She reviewed my legal documents and explained where my rights had been violated and via which laws. She walked me through the whole process as to what to expect as a client. Clear understanding.

Christian was cordial and thorough regarding what the firm can attempt to do for me. I’ve had solar panels since 2022. I wasn’t able to monitor the system. The now, nonexistent company sent someone to set up monitoring then when he couldn’t do so, I was told to call the office. I have no idea if I’m saving energy costs other than comparing the previous 1/2 year I had records. I have no one to talk about maintenance needs. I have a warranty that is vague. I had the panels cleaned last year and had pigeon wire installed. Christian looked at the predatory rate of the finance company which looks good on the contract but is much higher when the monthly fee is calculated. The cost of the panels and associated costs were high. Christian gave me 3 options. Thanks Christian
