This was a great experience. Spencer did everything he could to help me out. After explaining my situation how I constantly had to keep on calling the panel company about my electric bill that they told me it would go away and never did and how they talked me into adding the battery and I was still getting bills upwards of 450.00 a month from the electric company plus paying for the panels. Then the panel company said they would be giving me a credit for the amount of the electric bill that I never got. Then to add insult to injury they went bankrupt and sold off the contract to a company that doesn’t want to hear anything and just wants money.

Joshua was very helpful and informative on what actions will be taken to resolve this issue.

I was contacted by a gentleman who told me that his company takes care of homeowners who have been swindled by Solar companies mainly preying on older folks and he would handle everything. He assured me to quit paying to solar bill immediately and send him any other transactions I may receive from the Solar company. I am very relieved as I feel like we were taken advantage of due to our ages.

He worked with his group to obtain what I felt was a fair cost to cancel the contract.
