Choosing SOCi as our social media management platform was a great decision for our company! Our franchisees have loved having everything they need under one roof, and the support and training we've received from the SOCi team has been fantastic. We're very happy with the system and highly recommend it!!!

Overall great experience! We used the service primarily for online reputation management and monthly social reports. Very user friendly and beautiful straight-forward reports. One point that I can't stress enough is how attentive and wonderful our account manager Amanda was. She held weekly training meetings and answered all of our concerns and questions in a timely and efficient manner.

After signing up for SOCi at the the end of last March, we quickly began to realize that it was not the platform we wanted for organizing social posts for our list of clients. It is not as easy to use as they want you to believe- especially because no longer do you want all the same content running across all social sites! We tried to stick with it for a few months but by June, we decided to cut the cord. I repeatedly emailed several of the contacts we had at SOCi letting them all know our desire was to cancel the subscription. We have not used it since and now I get a letter stating we owe $1500 or we'll be sent to collections! Do NOT not be fooled - this is a bully of company that cares only about their dollars.
