The staff at SOCi is first-class and the platform is easy to maneuver. From the onboarding process to execution, we've had no bad experiences. The features within the platform are above the rest of the companies that we've reviewed.

Doing a great job! Would like to see more skin care ads, and more ads for product other than just 'newer' ones.

Sooooo nice to have beautiful, color posts without doing it myself.

Very clunky interface. Not great for Instagram.

SOCI has given our company and properties the tools to post successful content to all of our Social Media platforms.

Great for Multiple Locations. It is so easy to post to all our locations at once or one at a time. Our clinic owners can then make changes or add as they wish. Great source to keep track of all our social postings.

Platform is a little buggy sometimes, but customer service is great!

Natalia has been amazing to work with. I love the SOCi platform and truly believe most prospects read reviews and base their decision to reside at a community from those reviews.
