Upon receiving my machine as a gift the remote was broken and the team at Merach was able to help me out and directed me through the process of receiving a new one. Their customer service was amazing and great response time!!

I ultimately decided on the Merach vibration plate after comparing a number of brands. I wasn't let down at all! The machine is composed of sturdy, high-quality materials and is quite simple to use. It has many different modes and intensity settings that I may change to suit my needs. My body feels much more at ease as a result of the strong, steady vibration. It is particularly nice for releasing stress following extended periods of sitting or physical activity. I can work out whenever and wherever I choose because the machine operates silently. It provides outstanding value for the money. If it were a little smaller, it would be even more ideal.

Fast acting and responsive. Ordered my items and within less than 2 days they were shipped out. When I had to return an item, they sent me the shipping labels and refunded me the product (product was not defective, I made the mistake. Not them)

I did not properly check the address when I ordered, the auto information entered had a messed up address, I informed them about it and they were able to resolve the issue quickly for my order to come without any issues.

I ordered a MR-T25 treadmill. The first one I received had an issue where the motor belt was slipping. The service team helped me diagnose the problem, and try and fix it. I was unable to get the motor belt back on, they replaced the unit immediately, and that one worked great. While I would have liked the first one to work, knowing they have responsive and helpful service gave me a lot more confidence in the future with Merach.

When I eventually received my Merach exercise bike, the whole experience was better than I had anticipated! The bike looks fantastic, is well-made, and doesn't take up much room at home. My family is not at all disturbed by it because it is incredibly silent when riding. The resistance adjustment is accurate and the pedaling is smooth, making it ideal for both high-intensity fat-burning exercises and casual daily rides. Even after riding for a long period, I don't feel uncomfortable because of the nice seat.

Several YouTube reviews helped me decide to order this product. It arrived as described and has delivered dependable performance without any issues.
