I recently purchased a treadmill and had some issues with the delivery. After exchanging a few emails, Customer Service Agent Julia resolved all the issues, going way above and beyond. Je suis suis content de mon vélo d'appartement de très bonne qualité avec réglage densité, selle et guidon réglable en hauteur, calle pied. Une tablette pour posé smartphone, porte bouteille au niveau du guidon, et porte altère derrière la selle. Je recommande cette marque. Merci merach.fr.

My walking pad came in and was not working properly. The tech team at MERACH promptly helped me diagnose and correct the issue. Siri g shipping one of the plugs on the circuit board came loose and would not turn on the display. They sent me detailed instructions of how to take the cover off and diagnose the issue. What great customer service!
