I had to call and get a cheaper plan and that one only works in side of my apartment am going to shop around for a different company that works inside and out and has a plan that I can afford

I liked the fact that the salesperson didn't continue to pressure me into buying the yearly pkg., which would have the better savings but not something I could afford upfront. Emails were sent immediately explaining everything. Salesperson was very courteous.
