My family decided to go with another company. We recieved the device but with no instructions for set up. It was a sunday when my sister called customer service. No tech support on weekend. That was 2 strikes and we didn't have the device set up. Canceled immediately. At mobile help i spoke with several people to explain service and very pleased with their knowledge of device and the service provided. The device arrived in 2 days with instructions and tech support is available 24/7. Also the device comes with a lock box for the house key. Thank you mobile help.
