MobileHelpReviews of mobilehelp.com

This review is for the sales process only. Patrick was informative, helpful, and persistent. Thanks!

Service is outstanding. Came when they said. Confirmed, confirmed and confirmed. I feel very secure that my husband won't be alone if he falls. Just a little weird, I beeped twice, thought he fell. Very light. All in all very happy with the product.

Albert helped with all my questions until I understood how the system works. He was very patient. Hopefully it runs as smooth helping my Mother in law understand how to use it

They were very helpful when I was desperately seeking for medical attention hey proved to me that distance wasn't a barrier at all.No matter how far you're it doesn't take time for them to respond

Both Tom and Samantha were great. Very informative and very nice to work with. Very knowledgeable on your product and took the time to answer all my questions.

Excellent service. Elan was able to provide us with all the needed answers to our questions, which were many. We received prompt return phone call to answer more questions. Initial sign up for service was effortless and I am expecting the same with service once we receive product. So far, so good!!

Aaron, the customer service rep to whom I spoke twice, was incredible. He was patient, walked me through the various options available, shared a personal story, and was professional.

Patrick was amazing and very helpful. Also love that you are based in the US
