Great customer service.

Service guy was super helpful and nice. We hope the product will give us a little piece of mind while mom is home alone for a few hours

Since my journey in researching a fall detection device for a friend, I have spoken with 3 Mobilehelp reps who all have been friendly and knowledgeable...with no pressure to sign up. My on-hold calls were all answered quickly and all reps greeted me with a pleasant tone and eagerness to help. The last rep I spoke with when I was finalizing the agreement, was Patrick. He answered my questions with patience, was knowledgeable and helpful, which only confirmed I was making the correct choice to sign up with MobileHelp. Patrick was so courteous and friendly, I felt as though I was just chatting with a friend. I'm happy I chose MobileHelp!

Paula was amazingly friendly and helpful. She explained everything and answered all the questions that I had. I didn’t get quotes from anyone else because of the customer service I received.
