Being a new customer, the device was easy to install and comfortable to use. The customer service has been great and the support has been very helpful as we start the use of our device.

I just set up the device on Thursday and it’s already got to be charged. Poor battery life.

Initially, the wrong unit was sent to me, but it was quickly replaced with the correct one. It doesn't look exactly like the add in AARP magazines, but it seems to work well.

I felt the customer service rep was impatient, abrupt and rudely curt when I questioned why the information for the billing person was listed on the confirmation email the same as the person, I am purchasing the service for. I specifically gave them my name and billing information. When I asked for an email confirmation, he said there will not be one coming. When I questioned it, he then told me there is no protocol to send a confirmation. If there is no protocol, how is it the selling agent was able to send an email confirmation?
