This was an automatic renewal, so all I needed to do was approve it. Had no contact with anyone else. Simple and easy.

I had an issue where my system was apparently malfunctioning because the monthly test failed. I called support and the tech went on-line and tested it and then said that my system was outdated and needed replacement. So then a replacement base station was sent to me along with a new lanyard button, wrist button and a wall button. When I received it, I called and the tech and within a couple minutes it was up and working. The support was very comforting to know the care was there.

No NEW RECENT changes to a system I've had for several years. But I love this program, the equipment and especially the staff that answers ANY inquiries.

You are keeping raising the charges. I started at $ 105. Now, you charging me $174.92 ? I selected CHOICE and now you don't know how much you can charge !!!! Do not ask me for review, it won't be nice.
