Malfunctions
I had an issue with a wall plug and it kept disconnecting my unit. MobileHelp always sent me an e-mail and phone call to make sure everything was ok. I replaced my plug, but also found something was wrong with my unit. MobileHelp quickly replaced it. Very good service.
