No need is best
So far we have only had a couple false alarms but your system handled them promptly and professionally. We can only hope that we continue on this path.

I have had a need for fall detection…

I do get a response immediately if I have a jerky movement, similar to a fall. The only problem is that it takes a little longer to speak to someone.

We had a nasty experience that a call…
We had a nasty experience that a call was made to emergency services without calling the two Designated persons first As a result we incurred major expense in replacing a neighbors entrance door I was not called nor was my daughter called on phone prior as requested
