Was just looking for temporary mattress till I upgrade to larger more expensive bed and was quite skeptical about a $226 bed in a box delivered to your door. Upon initial use; I thought it was way too soft (since I have always used firm mattresses) but have slept great to my surprise in this one. Worth every bit of the $226. Highly recommend

Item received was exactly what was expected and arrived very promptly. We were actually surprised it was shipped and received within 3 days.

I did not receive the two free pillows ghat was said to be added to my purchase of my mattress and bed frame. That was pretty disappointing that my bed is missing two pillows

Hello Anonymous, Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Regarding the issue you mentioned, allow me to briefly explain the details of our Fall Sale promotion. During our Fall Sale, if your order includes a mattress with a price exceeding $300, we provide a complimentary pair of pillows. Upon reviewing your order, we noticed that while it was placed during the Fall Sale period, the mattress price did not meet the specified threshold, which is why the pillows were not included in your order. We understand that there may have been a significant misunderstanding due to insufficient clarity in our Fall Sale description. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your feedback is of great importance to us, and we will take your input into account as we work on improving our future promotional descriptions. Thank you very much for sharing your valuable feedback. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know.

Got this mattress recently after having my old one for 2 years and it was all worn out and all I can say is WOW this mattress is honestly one of the most comfy things that I have ever slept on it has the perfect amount of stiffness and has helped out with my back a whole lot. 10/10 would recommend people to buy I have no regrets fast shipping as well. Ordered on a Monday and got it by Thursday
