Mattress delivered quickly, it fluffed up right away and I am sleeping like a baby. I am surprised how easily I adjusted to this new mattress. only 4 stars because the bed frame also ordered was delivered 6 days later, along with pillow. I wanted to set it up right away, but the delay happened and I still have mattress on the floor.

Well right now I’m still dealing with y’all a week and a half later I’m trying to do an exchange. I cannot give you a good review. I will continue to complain on every social media that I possibly can until I get a satisfaction answer from y’all. I would love a phone call I would love an email explaining how to handle this, so far nothing other than denial

It was easy to order, they came quick were reasonably priced and set up was very easy. The kids lime them so far.

Shipping time and condition of packing was good however I am very disappointed in the mattress. I have bought many memory foam mattresses over the years and I never expect them to last more then 3 or 4 years before the memory foam becomes compressed and I'm pretty much sleeping on the hard base foam.Frankly this is acceptable if I get 3 years out of the mattress and I just go buy a new one. I am already bottoming out on the hard foam base I have to put a pillow under my hip to keep from being sore in the morning.I have owned this mattress less then 3 months. In the spirit of full disclosure it was not their high end product but on the other hand I weigh 175 lbs and should not be laying on the hard base foam because the memory foam offers little support.
