Monnit has always been there when I need to look at my home temperature while in Florida for the warmer winter months. Thanks for that comfort knowing what's happening every day.

Although I am a small reseller, Monnit still treats me like an important account. I feel like I'm talking to old friends when I make an order. There equipment is the perfect fit for my farming clients.

Many times gateways loose signal, power even when outlets are OK. Sensors give falls readings, in disagreements with freezer display. We have to keep 2 sensors per freezer and one of them in glass beads. Billing department does not explain charges, just sends bills/invoices. Equipment very costly and takes for ever to re-certify expired sensors.

WE have been using Monnit for two years to monitor our coolers and freezers at our food pantry. It has saved us thousands of dollars by notifying us to high temps. It was easy to install and one of the most affordable solutions that I found. Also it meets my state and federal requirements for daily Temp Logging.

Purchasing from monnit.com is a huge struggle. The web site is poorly laid out, the search function is sub-par, the product lines (and what is compatible with my existing products?) are confusing, saving payment information is tedious and likely needs to be done two or three times... And that's just placing the order! Once a purchase is made, an accurate invoice is not available because the shipping is not calculated until the order is shipped! What is this 1973? Accurate shipping costs have been available online since the 80's (it's true, via dial-up). Any why does is take 2-3 weeks to prepare an other for shipping? 2-3 HOURS is acceptable, 2-3 days if there is a natural disaster, but 2-3 weeks is completely unacceptable. Even then, no final invoice showing the accurate shipping cost is available online, requiring a phone call to customer service to request on. I do like the product... but I DREAD having to order anything from monnit.com

Great service, I use it to monitor my house when on vacation,(power, temperature in multiple areas etc. Always works perfectly. I have been notified multiple times for power outages, which could cause serious issues if not restored quickly in our winter

We have several gutter connected and stand alone commercial greenhouse and adequate heat is a necessity. The extended range of Monnit's sensors have saved me many hours of sleep by remotely checking for heating problems so I don't have to make middle-of-the-night excursions during our coldest times just to make sure heaters are working. The system is simple to understand and easy to use.
