The Monport 100W CO2 laser engraver is the best I've ever bought! It's a pro at working on wood, acrylic, and even metal!

I have three Monport lasers in my shop and all perform great. Monport's lasers are a great value for the price and their online system makes it easy to track the shipping status of my purchases. Tech support is also helpful for any technical difficulties and usually respond within 24 hours.

I bought a 100w fiber engraver from Monport based on their so called reviews since everything I was reading was positive. Of course I never checked to see how customer support was after the fact thinking if someone spends 6k on a piece of hardware that the company would respect them enough to take care of them. First thing that went wrong. I ordered a package deal that was supposed to come with 3 accessories for free (Lightburn, a Rotary, and an enclosure). When I purchased it the rep that I was talking to told me that the enclosure was out of stock and that it would ship by the end of the month which was fine. When i got the machine it didn't have the rotary with it either. I asked the rep about it and she was going to look into it to see if I was supposed to get one (which the only package you could get came with it so not sure what she was going to look at). She never got back with me with shipping information or even a decent answer so I asked about it and the enclosure again. Well this time she tells me that the enclosure is expected to be in stock in 6 weeks instead of the 2 weeks they told me when I purchased it. She claimed she would get me tracking for the rotary, but i still have not received any tracking information. Next issue I had was the main purpose of getting a fiber engraver was to be able to cut coins (I do 3D printed items and I wanted to add coins to different things I can sell). I watched a ton of Youtube videos about how 100 watt machine should be able to do this in under an hour which would be fine with me. First one I tried to cut with settings someone posted online was at 65% after 5 hours. At that rate it would have finished at the 8 to 9 hour mark. At that point I started trying to get support involved thinking it is either a setting in lightburn or something wrong with the machine. I have yet to receive any response or help at all for this issue. The 3rd thing that was wrong is the engraver comes with 2 screws to keep the base stable. The packaging had 1 screw so I asked them to send me a replacement. The first response was to check the foam which of course I had already done, but I went ahead and checked it again. The sales rep said if i didn't find it they would be happy to send me a replacement. Well when i get a response back today they basically told me to go to a hardware store and purchase a replacement since they wouldn't be sending it to me. Kind of sad that you spend that much money on an item and they tell you to go take care of it yourself. And the last issue so far that I have had was the fact that the autofocus stopped working the 2nd day I had the engraver. Not even going to try and troubleshoot that one with them since they won't respond to my other issues. I have now just asked for a refund and a way to ship it back to them, but of course I have to pay the 15% restocking fee and the shipping so I will be out at least 1k which is not how a company should treat their customers. Since I have read reviews of people not getting anything from them after asking for a refund I am just going to jump the gun and write a review here and provide my order number so I can at least get this taken care of. Ich habe am 29.09.2024 bestellt & bezahlt. Geworben wurde mit 3-7 Tage Lieferzeit. Seitdem kommen auf Anfragen zum Verbleib meiner Bestellung nur ausweichende Antworten und Gegenfragen wie diese... "Wenn Sie alternative Optionen oder bestimmte Maschinen im Sinn haben, lassen Sie es mich bitte wissen und ich helfe Ihnen gerne mit Schätzungen und Empfehlungen." Letzte Woche kam das dazugehörige Drehmodul, kurz vorher der Lizenzcode für Lightburn... ohne den Lasergravierer bringt mir das nichts. Ich glaube das Monport nur Interesse am Kunden zeigt bis etwas bestellt wird. Nach der Bezahlung wird Interesse am Kunden nur noch gebeutelt. Ich habe das Gerät in einer Aktion gekauft. Dieses wird jetzt ohne Zubehör um 2300€ teurer angeboten als ich es gekauft habe. "Mir wird aber erzählt das es nicht lieferbar ist... merkwürdig." Nach Kundenfang über Aktionen, werden Kunden für dumm verkauft und alleine gelassen! Konkrete Hilfe, Antworten oder Ausweichangebote gab es bis jetzt nicht. Bin sehr enttäuscht - Der Auftritt im Internet suggeriert was anderes. Jetzt haben wir den 04.11.2024... Ich habe den Laser immer noch nicht, obwohl mir am 20.9.24 zugesichert worden ist, das es noch maximal 14 Tage dauert. Die Sendungsvervolgung funktioniert nicht oder das Paket ist nicht auffindbar... Bei sowas sollte eigentlich nur Zahlung nach Erhalt angeboten werden dürfen. - Am 12.11.2024 um ca. 13:30Uhr, habe den Laser GA 100W MOPA Faserlasergravierer erhalten. Dieser war gut verpackt und ist ohne äußerliche Mängel angekommen. Es lag kein Inbetriebnahmeprotokoll mit den Kunfigurations- und Korrekturwerten dabei. Die Beschreibung im Usermaterial zur Einrichtung des Lasers in Lightburn ist nicht verwendbar, da diese eine konfigurationsdatei von EZCad2 erfordert... da dieses Programm aber nicht mitgeliefert wurde, fehlt aich die benötigte Konfigurationsdatei „markcfg7“. Die Technischen Spezifikationen stimmen nicht mit den Beworbenen Daten überein! nstatt die beworbene Laserquelle JPT M7 einzubauen ist eine von GZTECH eingebaut worden... der angegebene Frequenzbereich des Lasers von 1 - 4000kHz kann nicht erreicht werden, da die eingebaute Laserquelle nur bis 3000kHz einstellbar ist. Auch zu dieser Laserquelle ist keinerlei Informationsmateriam mitgeliefert worden!!! Daher kann ich jetzt nichtmal feststellen warum der Laser oberhalb von 1000kHz nicht mehr arbeitet. Der Service hat diese Informationen jetzt schon seit 4Tagen und ich habe nicht ein kleines bisschen Feedback bekommen.

I cant get past the 👻Halloween Spooktacular screen to look at your site. No way to clear the screen.

Am 30.09. bestellt. Bis heute (15.10.) noch nicht angekommen, obwohl in den Lieferbedingungen 3-5 Tage angegeben sind. Kommunikation mit dem Shop schlecht. Telefonnummer gibt es keine (außer für das HQ in Seattle). Antworten auf Mails sehr unregelmäßig und langatmig aber freundlich. Immerhin ein Teil der Bestellung kam schon an, sonst würde ich hier von Betrug ausgehen. monportlaser.de hat nicht mal ein Impressum. Zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt würde ich hier nicht mehr bestellen. Ich bin weiterhin gespannt, wann das Produkt ankommt und wie der Zustand dann ist. Versendet wird scheinbar mit GLE Express - laut Bewertungen kann ich mich da auch schon mal auf das Schlimmste einstellen. Nachtrag 21.10.24: Auch das letzte Hauptprodukt kam nun an. Lieferzeit betrug nun 3 Wochen. Laut Facebook Community Gruppe sind sehr lange Lieferzeiten normal. Das Produkt kam in einer stabilen Holzkiste und war sehr gut verpackt. Die Spedition war auch sehr freundlich und hat pünktlich nach telefonischer Vereinbarung direkt am nächsten Tag geliefert. Die Produkte machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Sterne nachträglich angepasst von 2 auf 3 Sterne.
