They knew just what the problem was and solved very quickly, I'm not sure why instructions were different but The support Techs did their jobs very well.

The 70W Mega laser from Monport has a huge working area, great built-in features such as a camera, air assist, water pump, and CO2 fire extinguisher. The customer service team is very friendly and supportive, as I initially ran into an issue updating the software that was due to my PC's Firewall. Once that was resolved, I was laser engraving and cutting the same day the Mega 70W arrived! I had never used a laser before, but I had watched a lot of videos online, so when the Mega was on sale I decided this has the most features at the best price. It was delivered and after 5 hours of unboxing, setting up, and reading, I had my first ever laser engraving done! As someone who has never used a laser before I never felt intimidated or lost, and the built in features made it easier to get started on the early projects to understand the power and speed of the machine.
