I had trouble getting a coupon to work on the website and Colby did a great job helping me to ensure it was applied to my order. He even called me to ensure my billing and shipping addresses were correct! Great service and prices, I would highly recommend this company.

I like this company. They carry high quality products, their prices are extremely fair and they are very easy to buy from. The free shipping is an additional plus.

Only a vague hint it the title line gives any indication of the actual quantity of the product for sale. (OVAEASY WHOLE EGG CRYSTALS-5) How ever the picture is very specific. The picture of a 4.5 oz package but when you get it it is only 2oz. I promise I will never buy another item from You clowns. Very miss leading if not out right lying.... To many other places to spend my money................ Rick

Hi Rick Very sorry for the issue with your order. I looked into it and it looks like your order was shipped to you super quickly but I don't see that you contacted us about any issues regarding the actual product. Please be assured we weren't aware of the discrepancy that you outlined in your review and certainly did not do this intentionally. My best guess is that this was simply a shipping error that we can resolve quickly for you. One of our customer service representatives will be contacting you shortly to see if we can resolve this to your satisfaction. Thank you again, -Team MPGear

Submitted my order and received confirmation of purchase, didn't get any other notifications. After 2 days I checked my order online and say it was still in pending status. I opened a chat with Alex online" he looked into the status and was able to get my order located and shipped immediately. Good customer service.

Found a product I had been looking for at a great price on your site, ordered it and had it in my hands in less than a week. Thanks for the terrific customer service!

Great prices and fast shipping.

Best price I found anywhere on the internet. Ordered on Sunday and received it on Thursday... This was using their standard free shipping.
EDWARD
I have had trouble with this company placing adds and sales adds that are out of stock. Also I was almost ready to order a sleeping bag with a free bag pad as part of the sale. I put it in the shopping cart and when I went to check on to purchase the free pad was removed from the add. Something kinda strange about these people.

Hi Edward Thanks for your comments. However, I am a little confused. I see that you ordered a Big Agnes tent from us on 11/29 which we promptly shipped to you on 12/3. It looks like it is scheduled to be delivered to you on 12/8 so you should be all set. Was there some other issue with your order? Regarding your comments above I can only think that we did, indeed, sell out of something as this is one of the busiest shopping periods of the year and many items are selling out throughout the day. Our inventory is, in fact, very fluid at this time and we do advise customers to purchase a product a product if they are interested in it rather than wait as it may not be there when they return. Again, I don't know the facts regarding what you mention above but this is my best guess. In any case, please let us know if there was some issue with your tent order or if there was something else we could do. Again, thank you for your feedback. - Team Mountains Plus
