It was intended as a gift. Delivery took toooo long. Product was not what I expected. Item was indended for a small dog; it wasn't large enough for kitten. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift and discarded it. I won't be back.

Within minutes of placing my order I attempted to cancel because my friend, for whom I was making the purchase already had a dog bed. I was told the order was already in process and couldn’t be canceled. I should just return it upon receipt. I believe this was disingenuous since it took WEEKS to receive the bed. Upon request to return the item I was then told by your support staff that sending it back was frightfully expensive, and I should just accept a discount and keep the bed. While I appreciated the discount, I find your practices to be less than satisfactory. I have advised others to avoid doing business with you. P. S. I did not take the time to ck the true date of the transaction. This is simply an estimate.

Unfortunately I was not impressed with the quality. It says fluffy in the name so I was expecting very full and luxurious dog bed. You can feel my floors when laying on it, it’s that thin of fluff. Sorry, not a fan.

It took a very long time to recieve my pet bed but when it came it was as expected and a great bed for a great price. Just be aware that it takes a month to be delivered.

So disappointed ☹️☹️ For the price of the large anxiety rug my average sized dog can’t fit on it Don’t buy from this place unless you 1. Want to wait 2 months for your purchase 2. Feel ripped of when it finally does arrive because it’s so small and cheap looking
