The bed are not the size you would think they are, much smaller. When contacting customer service they did refund a little but it’s not even close to being right and they don’t tell you if you want to return you have to send back to China….

My package was not addressed can as I had specified. So Order #76503 Was returned “undeliverable”. Oddly enough my Order #776122 which I had ordered 2 days before arrived with no problem. I would very much appreciate getting Order#76503 as I do love your beds.

I ordered the bed for my cat. The order took forever to be delivered! The bed is lovely and soft, but had a chemical smell. I left it out for a few days and then had to wash it to get rid of the smell. It washed well. My cat is lying next to it with her back or tummy against it but not inside (after a few weeks now) That is nobody’s fault. I think she will eventually end up in it as it gets colder.
