I like the look of the product . Quality is not bad. But handrail 6’6” long it’s like a joke. They need to think about that. For handrail 12 ft it’s need to be a standard.

Dear Lukasz, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re really glad to hear that you like the look and overall quality of our product. We completely understand your point about the handrail length — that’s a very helpful suggestion. Due to current shipping limitations, our handrails are available in 6’6” sections. However, they can be easily connected with our handrail connectors to create longer runs that fit your project needs. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we’ve already shared your suggestion about offering a 12 ft standard option with our product development team for future consideration. We truly appreciate your input and support — it helps us improve and serve our customers better. Warm regards, Muzata Team

Have to pay partial shipping for return.

Dear Mr Baker, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We fully understand your concern about the return shipping cost and sorry for any frustration caused to you. We would like to gently clarify that, as outlined in our return policy, customers have to cover return shipping costs for non-quality issues. This is a standard practice that is primarily in place to ensure fairness to all customers. I clearly told the requirements that I was installing into concrete. I received wood anchors instead.
Reply from MuzataOct 16, 2025
Hi Christopher, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The issue you mentioned is very important — our standard post kit includes wood-specific installation screws by default, which are not suitable for concrete surfaces. If you’re installing on concrete, we suggest using expansion bolts — they’re the best option for a secure and safe setup. We’ll be reaching out to you directly via email to help resolve this issue promptly. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience. Warm regards, Nico Muzata Customer Support

The quality, the responsiveness of installation inquiries and quick delivery time. Note that installing this by yourself is challenging and you must ensure that every dimension is perfect. Check level before everything you do and when you drill your holes they have to be perfect. You basically have to be dead on every step of the way, it’s not wood, the material is very unforgiving but is beautiful and worth the effort when you’re done.
