Soon after e-mailing a request to Muzata for the dimensions of the 42" post spacer and the length of the 8M lag screw, Brandon, called and while on the phone, e-mailed the information I requested to allow me to continue to prepare construction drawings for a client directing me to use the Muzata Cable Rail system for a deck. Brandon was polite, courteous and very professional. Thank you!!!

One of the first things that impressed me about Muzata was the customer service. I worked with Yuri who was accessible, non-judgmental, and overall very very helpful and kind. I did some price comparison when I decided to change out my railings. Some companies (Rail FX for one) charged twice the price that I paid for through Muzata which surprised me. I felt it was just price gouging. I had a price range in mind when starting my project and found Muzata fit that price range. There was some hesitancy as to whether the quality would be as good with Muzata, but any doubt was gone once I unpacked the railings. They are sturdy and well-manufactured. And seem to be holding up weather-wise. I live in a woodlands. I have had three people ask me where I got my railings because it has truly added to the beauty of the exterior of my home. It provides a clean look that wood just doesn't do and the design seems safe for pets and supervised small children. Some wrote about standing on the wires. I don't recommend this (not that I have). These are aesthetic, sturdy, and provide a better view. But they need to treated as they are. They are not wood so can't be climbed on, etc. Something to consider if one has small kids.

Dear consumers, unfortunately if you were wanting to cancel your order, you're out of luck! Muzata cancellation policy and the ability to stop a purchase within less than 24 hours is not very supportive of consumers. I found a more suitable product for my railing and called to cancel the order that had yet to be financially processed according to my card and was told that it was impossible to cancel because the shipping process had begun. I asked if they could cancel it whilebin transit, and was told it was too late. I had to pay $280 of shipping and I have not yet been refunded. I was led to believe that within 10 days of the return of the merchandise I would be refunded. They told me that most likely I wouldn't be refunded the whole amount, $900. This is not fair. I don't recommend this organization at all! I appreciate your time and feedback. However, based on the order placement and subsequent cancellation, I believe the shipment had not yet been dispatched. A direct communication with the warehouse, where the railing was likely being prepared, could have potentially resolved the issue more efficiently. This extended communication has, unfortunately, resulted in a less-than-ideal experience. I have already paid for the shipment and am awaiting my refund, which is currently estimated to be processed within 30 days. My assessment of Muzata remains unchanged.

Dear Monica, Thank you for taking the time to share your shopping experience. We truly value your feedback and understand your concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience you have encountered with your order and the cancellation process. After reviewing the situation, we found that the issue arose due to the fact that the item had already been shipped before your cancellation request. As per our return policy, once an order is shipped, it becomes ineligible for cancellation, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we aim to be transparent with our policies to ensure all customers are treated fairly. We have confirmed that your returned package has reached our warehouse. Please rest assured that your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. For more detail about Muzata's refund policy, pls check: https://muzatarailing.com/policies/refund-policy We sincerely hope this experience will not deter you from considering us for future projects.
