Nico did an excellent job beginning to end. She drew the correct sketches and put together all the necessary items. This was our first time and wish there were more detailed instructions, but we figured it out. It turned out so well we are going to use them to do our stairwell inside the house. Great product, support and price. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with how comprehensive and easy the kit was to install. They included hardware for just about every scenario you could have encountered. The quality of the hardware and the attention to detail in how they were packaged and organized made install easy.

Transition from wood posts/spindles to combination wood and Muzata posts/cables. I am a DIY'er with average skills. I developed a good working relationship with Maxine, my customer service rep. She was very responsive with timely feedback. The quality of the product is top notch, and the ordering process was simple with adequate materials provided. In the end as I learned about the Muzata system it became easier and easier. I think we both learned some things as I progressed through the project to make it easier for a first-time user. I needed some additional materials, and they responded quickly. The finished job looks great and no more painting of wooden spindles for me. Plus, the view looking out from our deck to the yard is so much better.
