I simply do not trust the financial entity (s) who are responsible for ? . I was a consumer for only 1 month. I realized that my SSI … ( was SSDI till 2015, and my only source of income.) wouldn’t be enough to pay the premium for my Cherokee and still cover my other costs as well. I felt pressured into purchasing the contract in the first place. I felt as if I’d been taken out and financially raped and left alone, at 2:37 AM. … with darkness and the chilling rain all around! After a very difficult time with the process and many efforts, I sent a message stating my cancellation. They refused to let me out of paying another month before they would cancel me. I’ve been a SSDI recipient since 2010 and am indeed disabled. Currently I can not afford to even eat properly… so I don’t need breakdown coverage for a car I don’t drive much. Makes Sense Right?

Lies and more lies. spoke with the Joel on the phone and he even said he wrote this review because he cant afford his house payment. This review could not be more from the truth of what happened. I reviewed the call in its entirety there was NO pressure at all from the sales woman, you liked what you heard and wanted to protect your vehicle so you pulled out your card and paid, maybe to impress the woman but regardless of why we do great business. So i am very confused why you felt the urge to write a bad review about something YOU chose to do????? Well done Joel. Bless your heart and in the future, do not buy things you do not want so you do not have to write more bad reviews for your actions. Have a blessed day

From repair shop They are approving $849.95 and subtracting the deductible of $254.99 so they will pay a total of $594.97 I thought my deposit was $200, that changed. So you would have to pay $814.78 out of pocket. No help with cost , then a threat that if any future trouble my contract will not be honored. I’m sure could have been on both sides.

thank you for the 5 star review, but what are you referring to, doesn't make much sense?. Repair is $849.95, your deductible is $254.99, so the warranty covers $594.97. What are you talking about $814.78 out of pocket?? your out of pocket is $254.99. please instead of writing a great review you could have gave us a call and resolved this much easier and faster. Very predatory cancellation practices. Do not enter into a contract with this company. Unlike reputable companies in this space which allow you to simply cancel over the phone. This company wants you to jump through several hoops just to cancel.

Just following the terms in the contact, if we didnt have to we would just accept the phone call. But we are responsible to hold up the terms and conditions of the contract, which should make you happy. Means we pay claims when your car breaks down. But you wanted to make a claim and are behind $691 in payments, and we are the bad guys?? Cmon sir, some accountability goes a long way. But we do appreciate you and hope the absolute best for you Henry.

I feel like y’all full of shit and that this is part of a game that you’re playing to just get money out of people. You don’t honor agreement and I am canceling my service with y’all. i’m gonna talk to my lawyer about breach in contract. I was told I had a $200 deductible and when it’s time for me to get work on my car done y’all raise my deductible to 350 without notice

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy, but we do want to clarify an important point regarding your deductible. Your deductible was not increased from $200 to $350. The Vehicle Service Contract provided at enrollment states that during Years 1–2, the deductible is 30% of the repair cost, with a $200 minimum. This means $200 is the minimum deductible, not a fixed deductible. We understand how this could be frustrating if you believed you had a flat $200 deductible, and we would be happy to review the enrollment call to determine exactly how the deductible was explained to you. We take concerns about what customers are told during enrollment seriously and want to make sure the information provided matches the written agreement.

I spent hours on the phone with them they sold me on everything I bought the package which over the life of the insurance will cost me $6,000. Well I looked it up afterwards and found out that they only pay up to the Blue book value of my tree of my card the value it was when it got the policy which is less than $6,000.
