don't understand the rating on this business this place is terrible and fraudulent on how they sign you up . i'm a business owner , multiple companies and mark my word if you trust this shady company you are halfway retarded . they called me on my phone and left a message to call them . so of course i did . at first i was messy doing a technical field i know warranty are never good but he quoted me at 49.99 to start so i said i guess ill give it a try i told the rep my mileage on vehicle multiple times but they still take me through the process knowing this . so basically i completed the whole setup then the rep calls me back 3 minutes later after taking my money to tell me they don't honor my mileage amount . i thought like most people and figured no problem your all mistake just give me my money back and i'll move on . but then he remarked we don't give money back and i'm thinking it was your mistake not mine . but it doesn't matter im contacting BBB and every site that you can put reviews on this place is terrible and i guaranteed three quarters of there reviews aren't real . i'm a real customer and had terrible experience. thank God i used my american express .

Let’s talk about West Coast chopper I was talking to I can’t remember his name was outstanding. He did a very good job of explaining to me what was going on and I thankful for that and as much appreciated.

Customer service with this company is outstanding. I know that my vehicle will be serviced as promised. The price is within my budget. And that I can cancel at anytime.

That's companies by far a rip off I signed up for the policy back in January somehow they made a mistake and put my boyfriend's information on the policy I kept that policy for 3 months and finally can't sleep because it was the wrong information to updated I spoke to someone thinking that okay give them another chance thanks set me up with another policy and assured me that everything would be correct well the information was correct I finally got my name corrected but I kept the policy for another 4 months in my car sort of giving me problems the guy told me that it would be under a 12 point inspection and a 200 mi radius that's not what they're saying the policy was they work between two different locations one in California and I'm assuming that they're claims department was in Jacksonville Florida from managers to the customer service no one was accountable for their actions they denied the claim and tried to blame it on me as if I would have signed up for a thousand Mile policy absolutely would not have even if someone dropped a ball it should have been accommodated for their mistake I spoke to several managers there . Spoke to the manager named Robin and several othe do callec DRY managers everybody wanted to SEND ME BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN GET ONE NAME AND GO BACK AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS BECAUSE EITHER THEY'RE NOT WORKING THERE ANYMORE THEY'RE NEVER BEEN HEARD OF OR WHATEVER EXCUSE YOU NAME IT I GOT IT. no accountability at all there was nothing that they said or did to try to accommodate their mistake for their mistake from the first time I should have caught on but thinking that I could still utilize them if I needed them is what I thought absolutely wrong run and run fast this place is a ripoff and when it comes down to accountability don't expect it mistake was not doing my research or I chose these horrible people that they call a company if I could stop one person from you than this service pay attention this may help you WHILE THEY'RE GOING TO DO IS TELL YOU THAT THEY DON'T WORK IN THE SAME DEPARTMENT AND THEY'RE IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA AND ALL THEY DO IS THE CLAIMS WHICH SHOULD NOT BE THE CASE ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TALK TO THE OTHER TO KNOW WHERE THE MISTAKE WAS MADE NOT THE CUSTOMER GETTING TO RUN AROUND AND LOSING MONEY AT THE SAME TIME DISGRACEFUL especially that team out of Jacksonville that so-called said they're the claims department ridiculous that's who I'm really holding accountable because even if the contract was written wrong it should have been their job their duty is so-called customer service people to reach out and see where or who made that mistake and hold them accountable not the customer who's out so much money for fake promises and given my customer service that apparently they are so called Jacksonville team of losers didn't care to talk about every time I got into a conversation I was transferred to someone else I spoke to someone named Robin Alicia so many so many others someone named Mr Lopez the list goes on and on but just know no one deserves to be treated like that not even an apology I had to tell a lady you don't think that's wrong it was actually was already ready to respond I do customer service also and I would never treat their customer like that ever so you better run and run fast wouldn't wish that on anyone and I don't care who comes back with some type of rebuttal speak nothing but facts if you're going to come back with her bottle but the contract that you guys was okay receiving but no accountability for nothing else might be taken but no actions taken a bunch of cracker Jack box loser ass people sitting behind the desk looking down at people who pay their money for services for the just in case I'm almost that I wasted 7 months on
