We’re sorry for the frustration and apologize that you did not receive a response as quickly as expected. We do want to clarify that your policy was successfully canceled two days ago, so your cancellation request has been completed and the account is no longer active. We understand that waiting for confirmation can be frustrating and that better communication could have prevented this concern. We’re reviewing that part of the experience with our team. We’re sorry to see that you felt it was necessary to replace your debit card, as the policy had already been canceled. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best moving forward.
