Deductible is variable not flat
Contract shows that the deductible is NOT a flat $200, but rather is a % of the bill or $200, whichever is higher..... That is flat out misrepresentation and so I cancelled during the "Free Looj Period" ....

It was thorough and pleasant
It was thorough and pleasant. I am sorry I need to start the program later if at all. My car broke down yesterday and I need to get that fixed first as the rep told me! I apologize for the inconvenience. Had lots of things come up since the first of the month!

Policy was misrepresentative
Policy was misrepresentative. It’s not an extended warranty. It is a maintenance policy and IPolicy was misrepresentative it’s not an extended warranty. It is a maintenance policy and I asked them repeated times. If this is an extended warranty, i’ve sent three emails to cancel. I’ve got no response. good night recommend an inner circumstances.
