My Vinyasa Practice is a values based company founded on the principles of authenticity, accessibility, and affordability. We provide 200 & 300 hour online yoga teacher trainings registered with yoga alliance, clinical yoga therapy program accredited through IAYT and continuing education yoga courses. Our offerings reflect our values; each program, class offering, or one on one session comes from a place of authentic accessibility and is designed to reach the masses in an effort to uplift the collective consciousness. I am extremely impressed with the content, organization and layout of this course. I was hesitant to do an online course and worried it would be a more basic curriculum compared to all the in-person trainings I’ve done. The depth of content, philosophy and material has blown me away. I recommend this certification to all of my teacher friends and students who are looking to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.

My 300 hr training was nicely laid out, and the teachers were helpful and readily available when needed. There were an incredible amount of resources for study, beyond just what was required.

I was incredibly happy with the amount of communication from MVP. Responses were clear and quick. The on line lecture library is fabulous as well. All in all, MVP is a great place to take yoga teacher training from the comfort of your home.

The videos and lessons were thorough. Much history was touched upon, which I liked. The price can't be beat. But videos may have benefitted from more webinar style (text) inclusion.

This was my second time training with MVP. The content and support is fabulous. Definitely the best training experience online. The courses are affordable too. It really shines through that MVP are for the people and hold yoga values very high.
