Not an easy website to use and being unable to order curbside for all items makes it difficult for the customer

Have the equipment, just need to track it from the warehouse to the my home. Other than that, the location of the equipment needed was fine and the selection was good too. I recommend PayPal as a choice for payment.

I ordered this on August 6th. Heard nothing, called to inquire and was told it's not available yet. It took till August 27 to get a response. Why wasn't I told earlier that this was not available at this time? It is pool closing time. VERY UNHAPPY

I never received my item, and I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. I will never be using this company again. I don't even care about the item anymore as I have ordered and received what I needed from another company, but a refund would be nice!
