I bought a proline pump online, from Namco. It was easy to find what I wanted and I had it in two days. It was slightly different from my old proline but, a couple of simple plumbing mods, and I was up and running.

Order delivered and boxes were open on both ends- stuff spilling out of boxes. no packing slips showing parts included or instructions for installing and appears to be missing parts for top of fence. Now need to try to contact someone at store to try to figure out what is missing and how to resolve

Consumers be aware: I’m sure they have great products if you actually can get it delivered to your house. Waited three weeks for pool stairs no contact from Namco to let me know that it was on back order or they did not have the product. My July 4 Pool party with no stairs pretty comical. Horrible customer service tried to cancel order, called 3 times, will never buy another product from there. It took over 10 day for me to get my money back to my card. What a joke.
