Been looking for a pool cover 15x30 above ground that I can avoid the opening hassle of brown water and debris on top to remove. Saw reviews on the eliminator cover and Namco was the only company I found that wasn't in Canada that had it in stock and to get it to me. Quick, easy ordering and delivery was quick. Love the cover. Easy to install and it has performed well so far with rain. Even withstood some HEAVY windstorm in the area. Happy so far, eager to see how it held up during opening of my pool next year.

I have been trying to return an item I purchased online and it is impossible to get hold off customer service rep via phone or an email.

The costumer service rep was wonderful. Unfortunately from the beginning. My order was not shipped. I had to call several times. The product did not work. So not so good for me. (stormy weather took it out)

Was referred to Namco from a friend of mine so decided to order my first pool. Kim took my order and was very efficient and always answered all my 100s of questions with a smile. It ended up coming in much sooner than anticipated but unfortunately with the incorrect liner. I couldn't reach anyone via phone for a week and left numerous messages. I was so frustrated but I was finally able to reach James Cullinan at a local store. It wasn't his error but he without hesitation helped me out. If he hadn't stepped in, worked with me and made some calls I am unsure how things would've turned out. I can't thank him enough! My liner eventually made it the day my pool was getting installed also thanks to Karen at corporate. Her phone lines were down due to a storm and when I finally explained all that had happened when trying to reach her she made things right for me. One of my hoses was also bad and she personally went to the store to get it and ship it out for me as I recently had shoulder surgery and was unable to drive out of town. All in all it started rough but now I am a happy customer and looking forward to using my beautiful new pool next year! Thank you Namco!

Marc was very helpful and quick to respond but information he was given was incorrect which created a lot of work for us. The product we needed never became available.

Too much effort required. My family has shopped at Namco for a very long time. This was my first experience as a buyer and overall, it took too much effort. I wanted to negotiate and they said the store manager would call, they never did. I wanted to understand the best price guarantee, neither customer service or the employees could explain it. If I bought my items and the price went down, would I get a refund? No one had a clue. Finally, there was a deal and I made my purchase. Of course, everyone said the price was never going down, but it did. It was frustrating and no one was sure about much of anything. I got one item delivered and the day before I emailed Namco about when my item would be delivered, the person wasn't sure. The stuff ended up being delivered without anyone calling ahead of time to schedule. The items I bought in store, they got my phone number wrong. That's almost the entire story, which you can see...too much effort. I won't do this again.
