I like the cover thus far. Goes on tightly, debris gets blown away with the winds. Should be more wind resistant than typical tarp with air pillow underneath. Installed by myself. Using 2 people would definitely make it easier.

Have had a relationship with Namco pools for over a year. It began with us shopping for a Jacuzzi back at the end of ‘18. We met Kira in the Danbury store and she was fantastic to work with. We had tons of questions and she gave us honest answers and made some excellent suggestions on features, location, accessories. We purchased the tub in mid-‘19 and the transaction and delivery were smooth as you can expect. It was a special order and they told us 6-8 weeks. Tub was here in 7 and they kept us in the loop on status the entire time. We had an unusual issue with the tub last week where a temperature sensor failed. They came out and fixed it within 3 business days. Talk about responsive, especially in a pandemic! Not to mention the guy came over in the middle of a monsoon to do it instead of deferring to a nicer day. This is a well run company with excellent service. Some things may be out of their control - like the sensor failure, but they very much are in control of how they treat customers and how quickly they respond. In my experience, now spanning nearly two years, they score high marks.

Fast delivery of a great quality product (Eliminator Winter Pool Cover)

This Namco pool cover is as advertised! I am so glad that I did some searching on the internet and found the eliminator winter pool cover. We had not purchased one last fall when we bought our pool on closeout sale and waited till early September to look. Of all the YouTube videos and internet search engine discussions Eliminator made the most sense. Tension to keep tight, bungee cords to hold tension and cover. Video on how to install was very good and the design to allow water and snow and ice to stay off cover really looks good. Just finished installing for the first time. simple, yet physically challenging. I don't need to go to the gym this week. Even with the Chinese virus scare they got it too us when they said they would. It also looks really nice on the pool. Next year install will be much simpler!!
