THE LAST PAIR OF HEARING AIDS I HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOU HAVE SPLIT IN HALF AGAIN. I STILL CANT HEAR WELL AND AM NOT USING ANY AIDS. WHEN I CAN AFFORD ANOTHER PAIR, I WILL BE PURCHASING ANOTHER PAIR OF AIDS WITH THE CHARGER. I LOVED THE HEARING AIDS! I DONT FEEL THEY WERE MADE AS DURABLE AS THEY COULD BE DUE TO SPLITTING IN HALF WHERE THE COLORS JOINED TOGETHER. The service crew were so pleasnt and eager to my needs when I spoke to them

The gentleman that helped me was wonderful. He explained that others had problems with the ones I was returning and why. He also told me of the ones I'm now wearing and explained in detail all about them and that if they didn't work for me, I could still return them with no questions asked.

I thought I needed a hearing aid but, fortunately, my hearing returned to normal. I do not need a hearing aid. I mailed the hearing aid back and got full credit. Thank you.

They did send us all the products they said they would. However, I do find it a little difficult to know when the hearing aid is on or off and also to know if its on or off. My husband said that it really does help his hearing. I guess I'll just have to adapt to the turning on and off. Thank you.
