Just had my hearing aids replaced as the older ones would not turn on. The new ones are the same but the problems that I had with feedback with the old ones is gone. Kudos to NANO..... So far so good... Rick J

The issue was that the units were too wide for my ear channel. Even the optional ear buds didn't fit. This is probably a usual results. Construction wise the seemed well made.
