They took $9000 from our account without permission. We never signed an agreement that gave them the right. They took it and we couldn't stop it. We are a small business. That $9000 means a lot, and they never responded to us. They are sharks who try to profit off us the misfortune of others. We will never use them again for anything.

Why is it that certain people help and others pass the bucket? I asked for help with the commands to log into a terminal that needed the FS installed and the response was to call Fivestars. Did she not see the email was from a Fivestars representative? I have asked for help with this same issue at other timer and the rep is so willing to help.
