Also Emma who did a great job with keeping up with me on a daily basis. I recommend this team with the highest regards and look forward to future bussiness.

Our home purchasing experience was unconventional but Scott and his team made sure to walk us through every step. They went above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation and were very kind and understanding about it. Their communication was always professional and informative. I would highly recommend their service to any friends or family!

Everyone from Neighbors Bank involved with my loan application always showed a united front toward my loan approval. They were professional and responded quickly to anything that came up. The seller’s lender was very concerned about me using an out-of-town lender. They expressed concern about it multiple times, and they kept suggesting that I switch to a local lender. In my opinion, Neighbors Bank came through each step of the process with a strong presence, and never made me regret staying with them.

My wife and I are currently going through the loan process and are experiencing discrimination from Neighbors Bank's underwriting team and Amber Miller, Rusty Risenhoover are programmed to disqualify African American home loan applicants. It took them thirty days to verify employment and to tell us a lame excuse as to why she didn't qualify for the loan. Here is a screenshot of all the happy faces who were approved for home loans, notice anything? If you are African American like we are you will notice that all of the happy families are white! Home mortgage loan discrimination is nothing new, Google it! facebook dot com /NeighborsBank
