The whole team at Neighbors Bank is wonderful, they got us in to close so quickly. They all worked so hard on this and we are so appreciative! They’ve got my recommendation, and look forward to working with them in the future!

Melissa Janke was incredible to along side from the prospective of a buyers agent, she was a driving force to ensure our mutual clients were able to close on their new home. We experienced a few minor hiccups with the appraisal of home although, with her help she was able to quickly provide solutions for us to be able to satisfy underwriting requirements. She was great at communicating throughout the entire processs. We really appreciate you!

The whole process was easier than I expected. Fron the initial pre-qualification approval to the closing day. This was my first home purchase and I had several questions which were answered to satisfaction. The loan team was wonderful and walked me through every step. Most important, I think, I was connected with the best realtor, she absolutely listened to us and what we wanted. She was available morning, noon and sometimes at night! Thank you Neighbors Bank for helping us to be homeowners, I never thought it would happen!

I started off with Mason Salzetti as my loan officer and he was spectacular. From our very first conversation I knew I was in good hands with him. I was a first-time home buyer, and I had no idea what I was doing, Mason explained the entire process and answered all my questions and continued to hold my hand through the entire process. I felt like he was truly looking out for my best interest, and I had complete trust in him. Anytime I would worry or have questions or concerns about ANYTHING he was there to walk me through it, he was patient, understanding, very knowledgeable, and honestly made me feel like I was his only customer. If it wasn't for Mason, I would have never made it to closing.
