Netreputation was great at getting a negative article removed for me. The one thing that I wish that they had offered was to take care of every mention of the same negative story. I would have appreciated a more consulting approach.

Money was taken from me but my information did not get remove from some sites. Waste of money and time. What a rip off. That’s a wrong statement below from yuh . Why would I ask you to remove only 2 sites?? Doesn’t make sense haha. You guys tried almost 5 months to remove but still not successful. Again I deserve to get my Money back.

Shakir, we're are terribly sorry to hear about you being unsatisfied. If you reference your contract we did offer to remove everything however you selected to only have us remove 2 websites. Please contact us to proceed with any additional removals however please remember you choose to only remove a select few.

I normally do not do reviews , but I could not let this one go. I am so happy and beyond pleased with Net Reputation services. I was so scared and 2nd guessing myself about them being able to remove my mugshot online from mugshots.com and arrest.Org and the fact that I had to pay up front. After I payed I started researching more and calling other competitors and when I told them what I paid and who I went through there were quick to give me negative feedback. I first started working with Jeff and he explained everything to me , then it got passed on to Trey Smith the operations manager who was assisting me through the process and progress it did take a little over 30 days but it got done. He kept in contact with me I probably sent him 3 emails a week but always responded and made me feel assured even when I was having doubts . I could not believe it when I saw my mugshots gone . This company keeps it promise and is legit . I will definitely use them again and recommend them . No fraud here .... thank you so much Trey Smith I appreciate your hard work and staying in contact with me through this process .
