NewSelf has exceeded expectations! From intake to delivery and refills, the entire process has been easy. The first prescription took several days for approval and delivery, but that was due to shipping restrictions over the weekend. I am down FORTY pounds in 4 months! My joint pain is vastly improved. I had minimal side effects and the zofran managed them quite nicely.

My experience with new self has been excellent. I did have an issue with a vial of medication which was a pharmacy error, but I was helped quickly and effectively from customer service I would definitely recommend.

While the process was swift and easy to get prescribed, the process to cancel is non existent! If at some point you need to cancel DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! The website is a joke! I get routed to the original page where I put in my consultation details. There's no phone number to call for tech support or for customer service. I did send an email to customer service and it has not been answered. I also sent an email to the legal department, also not answered. There's a physical address in New York but if I do send a letter to request cancellation, guess what? It won't be answered.

We offer multiple official channels for support, including email and phone, and cancellations can be completed by contacting our customer service team directly. Website routing or login issues do not prevent cancellation, nor do they result in forced continuation of service. Our phone number is publicly listed, and our support teams operate within clearly stated response-time policies. Emails sent outside business hours or during high-volume periods may not receive an immediate reply, but they are not ignored. Sending messages to unrelated departments (such as legal) does not expedite cancellation and is not the appropriate channel for account actions. No customer is required to send physical letters to cancel, and any valid cancellation request received through proper channels is processed and documented. We encourage customers to contact us directly so concerns can be resolved efficiently rather than relying on assumptions. NewSelf Team

I have been pleased with my 3 month supply but no longer wish to continue. I tried to log in to cancel any further shipments and the log in with my email address and password will not allow me to log in. I press log in and it goes nowhere. I have never had this much trouble logging in to a website. I want to make sure I do not receive any further shipments that will be charged to my credit card. I may have considered purchasing from you in the future but not with this lack of customer support or unclear availability to contact anyone. I will contact my credit card company if any further shipments are charged.
