New self resolved the repeated charges from Ih My Meds after acquisition ! Thanks for resolving an almost year long problem from Oh My Meds! Great job!!
I have sent emails and texts to NewSelf regarding My experience with Oh my meds! That has been an ongoing nightmare. I closed my account in early November. I had to also close my bank accounts and they continue to hit them every month for $799 several times each month for product that was never shipped. I’ve got days of texts and emails. The account is closed but my bank sees these “past due” hits and have reduced my credit by thousands of dollars. Oh my meds tells me not to worry because they aren’t collecting money but refuse to stop trying to collect it! That they have nothing to do with my credit. They refuse to escalate the problem and send me texts reminding me my payment didn’t go through. It’s been 3 month and they’ve hit my account 16 times! About $9,588. I’d like it if NewSelf would respond to me and shut off these to hits against my bank accounts!

Hi Lynn, Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we are truly sorry for the stress and disruption this situation has caused you. What you’ve described is understandably upsetting, and we take this very seriously. To clarify, OhMyMeds has been acquired by NewSelf, and we are actively reviewing and resolving legacy account and billing issues from before the transition. Repeated billing attempts after account closure are not acceptable, and this is not the experience we want anyone to have. We want to assure you that your concern has been escalated immediately to our senior billing and compliance team so these charge attempts can be fully stopped and reviewed in detail. Our goal is to protect you from any further disruption and ensure this matter is handled properly. Please look out for direct communication from our team so we can securely verify your details and take the necessary corrective action as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience while we work to make this right. — NewSelf Team
